The yearly upgrade of our systems, through the implementation of the Yearly Maintenance Kit, will keep our machine functioning at peak performance, maintain efficiency and reliability for approximately 10 years.

ELECTROLYTIC SOLUTION: US gal 1,532 (5,8 Lt) of DEMINERALIZED WATER + 82,54 ounces (2340 g) of KOH (CAUSTIC POTASH or POTASSIUM HYDROXIDE).

FLUX (DEOXIDIZER): US GAL 0.264 (1 Lt) of METHYL ALCOHOL + 0.529 - 0.705 ounces ( 15 - 20 g.) of BORIC ACID.
