lFully automatic dosing, mixing and grouting can be achieved from 3.5" to 5" diameter and from 6" to 10" height. Any of the above specifications can be fully automated with as little as one bottle, simply by selecting the cylinder size and quantity in the operator interface. All you have to do is select the cylinder size and quantity and the position of the cylinder on the work plate at the operating interface, without any other manual assistance. Each cycle takes 6 minutes. The machine takes 6 minutes per cycle and is very efficient: with 7 bottles on the plate, it produces approximately 70 bottles per hour. 70 bottles per hour for a machine with 7 plates, 140 bottles per hour for a machine with 14 plates.

lProduction counting function, with daily production for the last 3 months, available at any time via touch screen checking.

The production process is dust-free and no waste water flows into the production hall, the production site is clean, tidy and environmentally friendly.

At work,With the exception of the manual batch loading of bottles and the loading of plaster powder into the powder bin, the following work is done automatically by the machine:  batching, mixing, filling, vacuuming, resting, mixing and filling according to the set ratio of water to powder.

The machine automatically performs the following tasks: adding water and powder according to the set ratio, mixing, filling, vacuuming, standing, stirring and filling, resting, cleaning of the mixing tank, drainage, etc.

The use of this machine can effectively improve production efficiency, improve product quality, reduce labour intensity, reduce labour costs and purify the working environment.
