Introduction

The automatic hydraulic de-dusting and cleaning all-in-one machine for jewellery castings has eight execution modules and several joints, which are automatically controlled by an intelligent control system in a unified manner and visualised for operation. This all-in-one machine, compared to traditional pure manual operation, it greatly reduces the working time and improves the working efficiency. When working, the cooled plaster bottles are simply placed on the feeding belt1 and the system automatically and smoothly transports the bottles to the hydraulic demoulder.

The system will automatically and smoothly transfer the plaster bottle to the hydraulic demoulding inlet position, then the cylinder will push the plaster bottle into the hydraulic demoulding bin at the hydraulic demoulding inlet, then the casting and the bottle will be separated first by hydraulic demoulding, and the bottle will then be sent into the bottle washing bin. The cylinder is sent into the bottle washing bin to enter the bottle washing process, and the cleaned cylinder flows out through the outlet of the bottle washing machine; at the same time, the casting is sent into the de-powdering bin to start vibration de-powdering. After the powder is removed, the castings are automatically transferred out of the bin and handed over to the automatic rinsing bin to start high pressure rinsing. The cleaned ornamental parts are stored in the storage module and an alarm is generated when the storage level is full. The gypsum generated by the demoulding and de-powdering waste, is sent out via the powder pick-up conveyor line to the powder pick-up truck or to the waste storage tank. The waste water generated from bottle washing and piece washing is automatically sent to a designated recycling station. The whole recycling process uses a fully enclosed air purification system for effective treatment of dust, so that no dust or waste is visible at the work site and no pollution is caused to the work site.
