Automatic flask sleeving machine, consisting of six modules: flask conveying line, telescopic sleeving code sleeve mechanism, telescopic sleeve taking sleeve mechanism, bracing sleeve mechanism,

When in use, the sleeve to be telescoped is manually placed on each of the four rods of the sleeve holder at the entrance side of the sleeve conveying line. The cylinders to be sleeved are placed on the flask conveying line (the distance between the flasks is not less than 40mm),

After starting the machine, the flask will be sent to the sleeve position automatically through the conveying line, then the flask will be automatically aligned and fixed in the sleeve position, and then the telescopic sleeve will be removed from the four roots of the sleeve holder through the sleeve picking and sleeve mechanism.

The telescopic sleeve is then taken out of the four rods of the sleeve holder and sent to the top of the flask, then the telescopic sleeve is put into the flask below.

After the telescopic sleeve is inserted into the flask, the sleeve taking and sleeve setting mechanism rises and waits for the next sleeve to be set.

Then the centering mechanism on the conveying line that holds the flask is released and the conveying line runs to send the flask with the rubber sleeve out from the outlet of the conveying line, and at the same time the next flask to be rubber sleeve is sent into the rubber sleeve position for the next rubber sleeve.

The next flask to be sleeved is fed into the sleeving position for the next automatic sleeving,  and so forth for each flask.
